Waste Valorization

At Desamerc Energy, we offer comprehensive solutions and circular economy approaches to all industries generating waste.
Achieve high value from waste while improving our planet.

Reuse, recovery, and recycling processes

Through a depolymerization system using pyrolysis technology, followed by stages of condensation and cracking or distillation, we obtain high-value energy products. With pyrolysis, we transform waste into liquid fuel (Biodiesel, naphthas, bio-gasoline, bio-kerosene (SAFT), gas, metal, activated carbon, biochar, and other raw materials).
The commercial capacity of the technology is 30 tons/day, with a wide range of treated waste and products obtained.
What do we treat?
What do we get?

Benefits we generate:

Very high profitability in heat and electricity

Production of synthetic fuels

Reduction of environmental pollution

Generation of heat and electricity

Circular economy and sustainability

Feedback technology

Value proposition

Reduction of operational costs and waste management

By implementing waste valorization solutions, the company transforms what was once a cost into a savings opportunity. The reduction in the amount of waste sent to landfills lowers disposal fees, optimizing operational expenses.

Generation of new revenue

Waste valorization allows for the transformation of industrial waste into secondary raw materials or useful energy, creating new sources of revenue. Whether through the sale of recycled materials or energy production, this approach turns waste into valuable assets.

Regulatory compliance and improvement in sustainability

Environmental regulations are becoming increasingly strict. The waste valorization service ensures that the company complies with current regulations, minimizing legal risks and penalties, and improving its sustainability by reducing its environmental impact.

Improvement of corporate reputation and social responsibility

By adopting circular economy practices through waste valorization, the company not only reduces its ecological footprint but also improves its image with consumers and other stakeholders. Being perceived as a responsible company committed to the environment enhances brand value and strengthens relationships with customers and partners.

Protection and conservation of species

The reduction and treatment of waste contribute to the decrease in the exploitation of natural resources, which results in less pressure on the natural habitats of species, promoting their conservation.
